Sunday night, March 12th the fans are in for a real treat as Jaowayha Sitnayoktang takes on Warren Stavone at 69kgs. Both boxers are real crowd pleasers with the Jaowayha always having a bright smile on his face and Warren never one to let the crowd down.
Hailing from Khon Kaen the 31 one year old Jaowayha has a solid record of 108 fights with 88 wins, 5 draws and only 15 losses. The Thai fighter has had a good run at Max with his last few bouts going his way or to a draw decision. His last bout against Jos Rodriguez was looking to be a real bang up until Jaowayha sliced open his Brazilian opponent and stopping the bout in the first round. He grinned from ear to ear as he was awarded the TKO victory.
Warren Stavone, originally from southern Chicago, has spent a long time here in Thailand and has had a successful streak fighting out of MTM Academy in Thong Lor District of Bangkok. Stavone is a real entertainer often hamming it up with his loyal fan club and putting on a show with his southpaw style. While his last bout against Burutlek Petchyindee Academy was a bit of a disappointment Stavone has shown himself to be very adept at dealing with difficult opponents such as Kobal Petchasira and Fahusara Sor Sor Nawart. Satvone has a lot of power as well. He was able to down Kengsiam Nor Sriphueng for a 2nd round KO victory back in October.
Whatever the decision is the fans will be sure to love this one.
