Barateau looks to Bash Dekrabert

Alexis Barateau steps into the ring again on Sunday for the Max Ultimate Show. Barateau is facing Dekrabert Loukaangtanon in the fourth bout of the evening which will be sure to be fireworks. Barateau is a seasoned fighter at Max always putting on a hard hitting performance.

“I don’t know anything about my opponent,” Barateau said. “No one has told me anything about him.”

Despite not knowing about his opponent Barateau has put in the hard work to face whoever he is pit against. “Fairtex has been a great gym. It is the best in my life. They want you to win. Some other gyms only care about business,” Barateau said about his Muay Thai gym, Fairtex. The legendary gym is located in northern Pattaya and has a solid roster of fighters with international superstar Yodsanklai Fairtex fighting out of Fairtex along with Barateau.

Everything is looking good for Barateau including the weight cut. “I only have to cut 4 kilos. I will just eat twice a day for the rest of the week and eat healthy, no cakes and candy,” he said.

Barateau is looking to stay long term here in Thailand and plans on putting another win on his record. “I have stayed in Thailand for 5 years now,” Barateau said.
