Thewinner Sor Pongamon opened his heart after becoming the latest 'The Champion' four man winner, stating it was his proudest moment in the sport so far, noting that his opponent in the final Jack Nongdaeng gym was a very tough opponent to beat and stated that he is ready to take on whoever the Max Muaythai team put in front of him. "I prepared very hard for this tournament and want to thank Sangmanee Umkatongchiangmaimuaythai gym for being my clinch partner and also tutoring me on technique before hand. I also have to thank the team at Max Muaythai for looking after me really well and making sure I have had regular fights, which have helped me to get in great shape quickly. I am really happy to have won this tournament and am now ready to take on anyone the Max Muaythai team puts in front of me and I will work hard to become one of the Max Muaythai stars. Before I came to fight at Max Muaythai a few people looked down on me and said I should quit boxing as I grew very fast and struggled against some strong opponents, Max Muaythai has given me the chance to prove them wrong". Thewinner stated.
